The policy is issued by Bw!tch which may be referred to by full name or 'We' By placing an order on this site you are entering into a purchase/sale transaction with Bw!tch.
Your invoice and associated narration on other related documents such as credit card or debit card statements will reflect Bw!tch. In case of third party statements including bank and credit card statements the merchant name may appear in an abbreviated format.
To place an order you will need to complete the transaction on the website. This may or may not be assisted with a phone call with the customer service representative. Once the payment transaction has been successfully completed, your order will be processed on receipt of the funds from the bank or credit card company. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (Mastercard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. For American Express Cards you will be required to give your 15 digit card number and 4 digit code that usually appears on the front of the card
Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updation may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order incase a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.

Out of Stock situations
Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However in case this in not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.
Delivery of products
Purchases are shipped from our own or third party warehouses or offices from various points in India. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 7 business days from receipt of payment.
Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier and logistics companies usually between 9am - 5pm Monday – Saturday.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order
Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order
We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size , volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
Products once sold shall not be taken back except for manufacturing defects in them. Brand reserves the right to determine the genuineness of such defects and its decision shall be final and binding.
In case of any manufacturing defect in the products, the return policy is as under:
a. Customer shall have to inform the Customer Care within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the product for return.
b. All the tags and barcodes affixed to the products must be intact, the product must be in unused condition and the sales invoice must be sent along with the products for return by customer for any manufacturing defects in them, failing which the Brand shall not be liable to process any return.
c. There shall be no return/exchange of panties; shapewear panties; lingerie due to hygiene factor.
d. The defective product shall be picked up by the Brand within 7 working days from the date of return request made by the Customer, for checking of any quality defect.
e. Customer shall be informed of the quality result within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product from the Customer.
f. In case the quality result determines that there is no material manufacturing defect in the product, then the product shall be returned back to the customer.
g. In case the quality result determines that there is material manufacturing defect in the product, then the Customer shall be issued a credit note within 3 working days with one month validity from the date of issue. There will be no refund in cash for the product being returned.
h. Credit note if lost shall not be re-issued.
i. The Brand has no other liability in respect of products other than herein above listed.
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately , we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
All credit card and net banking transactions will be repaid using the same route which means if you have made your transaction using net banking facility , the net value of your order will be refunded back into your bank account. This will take 7-10 working days from the time the returns are received and approved by the warehouse.
